About Catherine

I am a Qualified Movement Medicine Teacher and Facilitator, an Ancestral Lineage Healing Facilitator, a Counselling Psychologist, psychotherapist and clinical supervisor with over 25 years experience. I am passionate about creating spaces that support  peoples’ growth and blossoming individually and collectively. I love weaving all I have learned over these last many years about what supports growth and positive sustainable change into all of my work.

I live in Ireland and I currently offer Movement Medicine workshops online. I also offer embodied Ancestral Lineage Healing sessions groups and workshops whee we use the practices of Movement Medicine to support us in safely connecting with and healing with our ancestors.

These are challenging times and I love holding spaces within which people can get more ersourced and become more of who they are so that they can experience the fulfilment of being who they came here to be and find their most potent offering in the world.
