About Almut

Almut has always been passionate about self- development, healing and dance.  She has lots of experience of working with a wide range of people. She completed a further Movement Medicine teaching module working deeply with the chambers of the heart and the SEER-process, an embodied form of soul retrieval. In addition to this, Almut completed a training in grief and depression recovery. Her passion is to support people on their healing journey.

At the moment, Almut is taking a break from teaching Movement Medicine.
