Je danse depuis que je sais marcher soutenue par une lignée familliale de danseurs enthousiates et c'est dans ma dance où j'ai toujours trouvé un refuge et un exutoire créatif dans les moments joyeux et moins joyeux de la vie. un mélange subtil de relaxation profonde et de pulse energisant. L'exploration de la danse en conscience débute en 2001 avec la danse des 5 rhythmes puis le cheminement continue en 2016 avec la Movement Medicine. Ici je redécouvre ma danse dans un espace de reliance au sacré, à l'expression de nos rêves et à l'amour inconditionnel de la vie. Ici j'explore, j'affermis, j'expanse ma résiliense, ma dignité, mon authenticité, ma sagesse en faisant confiance à la justesse du mystère de la vie. Ainsi,ma danse devient ma medicine.
j'ai vecu 25 ans en Grande-Bretagne et suis revenue en France en 2020 pour m'occuper d'un parent malade et redécouvrir mes racines, mon pays avec un nouveau regard. J'ai travaillé pendant plus de 20 ans dans les domaines du bien-être, des massages et d'hypnose ericksonienne specilalisée dans la naissance et la fertilité.
Aujourd'hui, j'ai à coeur de guider l'etre humain dans son exploration individuelle et collective de sa nature profonde, de sa sagesse authentique, empathique et responsable pour plus de bien-etre, de connection et de coeur en action.
I dance ever since I new how to walk held by a keen dancers family linage and it is in my dance that I have foud refuge and a creative outlet within happy and less happy times. A subtle blend of deep relaxation and energising pulse. The exploration of conscious danse started in 2001 with 5 rhythms dance and followed its path with Movement Medicine in 2016. Here, I re-discover my dance with connection to the sacred, the expression of our dreams and unconditional love for life. Here, I explore, strengthen and expand my resilience, my dignity, my authenticity, my wisdom trusting the rigtness of life mystery. Therefore my dance becomes my medicine.
I have lived 25 years in the UK and back to France since 2020 where I have been caring for an ill parent and re-discovering at the same time my roots, my country with a new eye. I have worked for more than 20 years in the field of well-being, massage and clinical hypnotherapy and spychotherapy specialising in preparation to Birth and fertility as a rite of passage.
Today, I am keen to lead human being to delve into their personnal and collective deep nature, authentic, empathic and responsable wisdom for more well-being, connexion and heart in action.
