About Katherine

Katherine has a 30 year background in dance in many forms, as well as art, craft and theatre.  She has also taught Pilates based movement sessions since 2003.

Movement Medicine professional training came swiftly after training in Anna Halprin's Tamalpa life/art processes.  This is another movement based practice, using the bridging of life and art (dance, drawing, creative writing and voice), to harness the transformative power of the imagination.

Offering classes in person and online, as well as one to one coaching using all of these tools, to explore the innate wisdom of your own body and being.
