My classes are run in Rayleigh in Essex, England and there are 2 offerings.

The first is a general class open to ALL

The second is more specialised for people experiencing some form of physical restiction/limitation. This is a great way to enhance mobility and strength at your own pace in a creative enjoyable way.

My specialist offering is a class that is suitable for people experiencing physical limitations and restictions, pain, injury, lack of mobility, illness and rehabilitation etc.  This class is at a much slower pace taking time to explore the body and what is going on within it so that you learn to listen
