Present moment awareness via the body has been my route to healing and growth. This has enabled me to open to my passion to support the great awakening of consciousness for the benefit of all life on earth. I bring my embodied presence, and my activism, teaching and research for a socially just response to the climate crisis.
I was a keen meditator before I took up conscious dance. This, combined with 20 years of academic teaching experience, have made me a confident holder of space for teaching mindful movement.
