About Rani Valerie
I am a Woman, I'm a Mum, I'm a free bird, I'm a hypersensitif.
I combine psychotherapy and coaching in my work as mindfulness.
I teach biweekly classes and I love to dive deeper through workshops, ceremonies, retreats in wild Nature. I am passionnate about dance, gastronomy, travels, Nature, shamanism.
When I don't dance, I teach : Movement Medicine, Mindfulness, Mindful Self Compassion, Mindful Eating. I take you on retreats : Nature is my teacher and Detox Mindful Eating to make peace with food.
I'd loved to take you on a Movement Medicine journey as Nature is my Teacher is, to dance with the sun, the stars, the elements, connecting with the Source and all our supports, honoring life with deep gratitude, joy and love.
As a facilitator I guide you through Mindful Eating practice to support you with food conflict.
