Specialising in:

I work with sensitivity and "fierce joy", building self confidence and building community. I have specialised experience working with mental health and dementia, but have worked with all ages and abilities, as it is the internal movement that is the priority. I have experience working with women's groups, mental health, alcohol addiction, pregnancy and mums and babies, victim support, rape crisis, adolescents in care, elderly nursing homes, schoolchildren  and nursery schools.
