About Xenia

Movement Medicine is the bedrock of my Astrological Counselling and Healing work.

When we are firmly anchored in our body and in the present moments we have the capacity to reconcile and heal our emotional wounds and physical illnesses.

I have integrated Movement Medicine into my Astrological Counselling sessions, offering you insight into your inner depths and your life's path.

This work is based on your birth chart, which is a map your inner world. I will guide you to explore your inner depths, using images, stories and (inner and outer) movement. This will enable you to identify and work constructively with patterns and habits that have made your life difficult and to pursue your path in life.
 

Specialising in:

I have also integrated Movement Medicine into my Creative Kinesiology work. Here we identify imbalances in the physical, emotional, mental and energy system, using the biofeedback mechanisms of your body. Following the lead and pace of your body's innate wisdom, it works with gentle non-invasive touch, movement and guidance to bring you back into balance and therefore health. I currently not offering any Movement Medicine classes.
