  • Spend time by yourself with the spirit lake, the Waterfall, the pool and river in which you can dance, meditate or quest for a ‘vision’
  • Integrate your wild experiences into your body through guided movement sessions

This retreat invites a time for reflection in a magnificent environment in the middle of Spring, when nature comes fully back to life. It offers a spacious opportunity to reconnect to Source within and without, and to what is truly meaningful for you. Using contemporary shamanic techniques and movement practice, we will invite the Waterfall to be our teacher. Its presence and rich symbolism can help us to flow, surrender, resource, and create in our lives, and reconnect with our wild, instinctual and original nature.

In this retreat, you will:

  • Use shamanic techniques to strengthen your relationship with nature
  • Spend time by yourself with the spirit lake, the Waterfall, the pool and river in which you can dance, meditate or quest for a ‘vision’

As anthropologist, Dr. Eline Kieft studies shamanic practices in relation to wellbeing. She is a long term student of the Scandinavian Center for Shamanic Studies, and a fully certified Movement Medicine teacher (including CPD Levels 1 & 2 Advanced Training in working with the Heart & Ceremonial Leadership). Eline’s fierce passion for the sacred in the everyday is rooted in a strong connection to nature, her experience as shamanic practitioner and dance guide. Her facilitation offers journeys of meaning that start from and return to the earth and our bodies as sacred ground.
