This mens weekend is an opportunity for you to spend time with a group of men of all ages. Its a chance to be yourself and speak freely amongst men and explore what it is to be a man in Ireland in 2017. We will be helped by movement, poetry, sweat-lodge, conversation and ritual to dive deeply and honestly into these themes in the company and support of men and in a place of great natural beauty of Glenmalure valley in the Irish countryside. We will have indoor sessions in the beautiful An Sanctoir retreat centre and sessions around an open fire and on the land. All men of all ages are welcome. The weekend will be held by Ger Murphy, David Mooney, Mark Kingan and Charlie Stephens.

Cost: Early bird €225* if paid for before 15th of May 2017. €250* thereafter

Ger has worked with men as a Psychotherapist and Organisational Development Consultant for over 35 years. He is a Yoga teacher and poetry speaker. He loves helping men explore how to be the best man they can be,he is a partner, father and grandfather.
Charlie works as an accredited psychotherapist and systemic family constellations facilitator. He trained yoga teachers for 25 years and also ran men’s groups in the 80’s and 90’s. He is interested in us as men being real and honest with each other. He is also a partner, father and grandfather.
Mark is a sweat lodge holder and has been practising Chinese Medicine since 1990. He teaches qi gong and yoga.He has been working with individuals and groups for over 20 years
David is a practicing psychotherapist,
he integrates these skills and his passion for
shamanic pathways into his work with men.
He is on the European faculty for the School of Movement Medicine. He teaches in Ireland and throughout Europe.
