Find the flow and let movement emerge: There’s ten thousand dances that could arise from any given moment in time. Each of them is an acces to being present and alive.
MOVEMENT is a monthly gathering for embodied practice.We use Movement Medicine and 5Rhythms as our core maps, with influences from Taoist and shamanic practice. We dance. There’s music, silence, words and tea. It’s an urban comunity space for the times we live in. All ages, genders, ethnicities and abilities welcome. Minimum 25hours prior experience of taught 5R/MM practice.
Movement is held on the 4th or last Wednesday of the month
(with the exception of Decemebr when it will usually be the 3rd Wednesday)
