Weekly Movement Medicine drop in classes with Almut Ibler and Johanna Stromeyer. You do not need any experiences, only the willingness to move and show up just as you are.
To trust what is, to rest in what is, to accept what is- because it just is.
And from this place to explore what wants to emerge, what wants to come next and give it permission to move, allow it space to grow and manifest. In the dance.
Because in the end, its all a dance!
Granting ourselves some time and space in this fast moving world, just to unwind, just to dance and breathe, feels already like a gift.
Let yourself be moved and be supported by the rhythm, because when we do, and each time we do, we strengthen our connection to life, and life to us.
All of you is welcome in this space. Perfectly imperfect, imperfectly perfect, human.
Bring comfortable clothes to wear. Layers are always practical so you can adjust to your temperature while dancing.
Bring a reusable water bottle if you have one.
The invitation is to dance barefoot, so we can easily sense the ground underneath us with the soles of our feet.
However if you do need the support of shoes, please bring indoor dancing shoes. No socks please, as you might slip.
You know your body best and it is important that you give it all your attention in order to take care of it and not hurt yourself.
