Weekly Movement Medicine drop in classes with Almut Ibler and Johanna Stromeyer. You do not need any experiences, only the willingness to move and show up just as you are.
Granting ourselves some time and space in this fast moving world, just to unwind, just to dance and breathe, feels already like a gift.
Let yourself be moved and be supported by the rhythm.
When we dance and pay attention to what it is that moves us, we reconnect deeper to our inner self and life itself.
All of you is welcome in this space. Perfectly imperfect, imperfectly perfect, human.
Bring comfortable clothes to wear. Layers are always practical so you can adjust to your temperature while dancing.
Bring a reusable water bottle if you have one.
The invitation is to dance barefoot, so we can sense the ground with the soles of our feet in order to help us to reconnect and ground us more easily.
However if you do need the support of shoes, please bring indoor dancing shoes. No socks please, as you might slip.
You know your body best and it is important that you give it all your attention in order to take care of it and not hurt yourself.
