A warm invitation to join us in a Movement Medicine dance meditation as we celebrate the height of Spring and welcome in the Summer.

We gather at this special time of year to deepen our connection to the elemental energies within and around us. As we move with this life force energy, we can offer that which no longer serves, to the transformative power of the dance. We can ignite our creative passions as we reach to the warmth of the summer sun. A space of expansion and expression. Inviting the rich fertile atmosphere of the season to nourish our hopes and dreams and intentions, as we enquire into what we want to grow and harvest in our lives in the coming months.

After the dance, we will gather for a potluck finger food feast! (optional)
Please bring some light veggie nibbles to share.

Movement Medicine connects you to the wisdom of your moving body. We journey within an immersive environment held with captivating music and clear guidance. Through the embodied presence of our dance we experience our creative potency and deepen our connection to life.

Everyone is welcome – whatever your background, culture, age, gender or experience, or whether you think you can dance or not. Movement Medicine offers a safe and supportive space to dance freely, encouraging your true and unique expression.

Mira trained at The School of Movement Medicine and intuitively weaves from the rich tapestry of her experience as a dancer, therapist and artist. She creates a safe and sacred space for you to let go into the transformative power of the dance, deepening your connection to the creative life force within and around us.
