Dates & Times: 03 Aug 2018 to 05 Aug 2018  18:00 - 17:00

This Movement Medicine weekend workshop is a chance to retreat from the everyday to look at the landscape of our lives and engage in a bit of ‘wild gardening’.

Like gardening, creating the life we dream of requires vision and intention, supported by effort, skill and timing, as well as a bit of surrendering to life’s flow.

We will dance to better resource ourselves so that the garden of our life becomes a flourishing nourishing space for our being and becoming, and a supportive ground for life’s adventures.

In order to evolve and grow, in order to manifest our dreams, our projects, our offerings, we need to tend the soil and the environment and consider the cycle of the seasons.

Using the tools and practices of Movement Medicine, we will take stock of where we are, dance with the seeds yet to be planted, water the saplings as well as harvest what is ripe.

The weekend will culminate in a Wild Garden Party Ceremony.

Looking forward to this adventure with you!
